These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Neo Bug Forge ("Service"), operated by Neo Bug Forge, United Kingdom ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have additional statutory rights that these Terms do not limit. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

You may use Neo Bug Forge to submit code snippets for AI-assisted bug analysis and fixes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Your API key is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and for all activity that occurs under it. Sharing your API key with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Neo Bug Forge offers the following plans:
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable taxes. UK customers may be charged VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date.
Right to cancel (UK consumers): Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, by using the Service immediately after purchase, you expressly request that we begin performance before the cooling-off period ends. If you cancel within 14 days after having used the Service, you will be charged a pro-rata amount for usage consumed.

Team plan subscribers receive unlimited fixes subject to fair use. "Fair use" means usage consistent with normal individual developer activity. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts generating unusually high volumes (e.g. exceeding 5,000 fixes per user per month) that indicate automated or abusive usage. We will contact you before taking action where possible.
Each subscription is for a single named user. Sharing login credentials or API keys across multiple people is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund. If you need multiple users, please purchase additional seats on the Team plan.
You retain full ownership of all code you submit to the Service. We do not claim any rights over your code or the AI-generated fixes returned to you. The Neo Bug Forge platform, branding, and underlying systems are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. As data controller, we are responsible for ensuring your data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated fixes are correct, complete, secure, or suitable for production use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all fixes before deploying them to any environment.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory warranty rights you may have as a consumer under UK law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neo Bug Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, or bugs introduced into your software by AI-suggested fixes.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for material violation of these Terms (including account sharing, abusive usage, or submitting malicious code). For minor or first-time violations, we will endeavour to notify you and allow a reasonable period to remedy the breach before taking action.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email (for paid subscribers) or by prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neo Bug Forge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
